PUBLISH YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY BOOK MVS with Darius Himes  

      This workshop is for photographers interested in understanding the ins and outs of publishing a book of their work.  Topics include an overview of the publishing industry, issues of design and typography, planning for production, and the marketing of your finished title. Print-on-demand and self-published books are discussed, with many examples shown throughout the week. The schedule includes demonstrations, guest speakers, and field trips to local publishers, photographers, and booksellers.  REGISTRATION IS OPEN; one space remains as of 6/4/10.
