Terms & Conditions

A two-hour minimum is required for all first-time clients. The fee is currently $600 ($300/hr x 2 hrs). After this initial consultation period is completed, clients may schedule additional time as needed for as little as fifteen minutes by phone or email (see the rate schedule on the Getting Started page.

Payment in full is expected at the end of each in-person consultation session via check, cash, money order or payment with credit card. *After your session is completed, go to the payment options section of the website, and select the appropriate payment category (according to time session with Ms. Swanson).

Payment for telephone and email consultations: If the session was on the telephone or via email, you will receive an invoice shortly following the remote sessions, unless you and Ms. Swanson are working together on a larger project of which this meeting was a part of. This can include but is not limited to website revisions, grant applications, publication proposals, image editing projects and so forth. *After your session is completed or once you have received an invoice from us, go to the payment options section of the website, and select the appropriate payment category (according to the length of the session with Ms. Swanson). Details to pay by check or money order will be provided on the invoice.

Please note: As of May 1, 2013 we are charging a 3% processing fee for payments made online.

A 25% cancellation fee may be charged if less than five (5) business days notice are given and the appointment cannot be filled. If you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged the full amount for the meeting time scheduled.
